Tom Hammond-Davies is founder and director of The Blenheim Singers, the professional vocal ensemble based at the UNESCO world heritage site of Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. The Blenheim Singers works to ‘build peace into the mind of men and women’ through outstanding musical performances and collaborations.

Oxford Bach Soloists

The Oxford Bach Soloists was founded by Tom Hammond-Davies to perform the complete vocal works of J. S. Bach in Oxford. Under his direction the OBS provide a laboratory for current research, working with the University of Oxford’s Faculties of Music, Theology, and Modern Languages. Authentic performances are given by the next generation of young soloists with a professional baroque orchestra.

St Michael at the North Gate

The City Church of Oxford, St Michael at the North Gate, dates from about 1050 and is the oldest surviving building in Oxford. Today, Director of Music, Tom Hammond-Davies leads the choir of professional men and women who perform every week throughout the year, and is considered to be amongst Oxford’s finest choirs.

New College Choir

New College Choir

Tom Hammond-Davies sings professionally as a countertenor Lay Clerk with Oxford’s multiple Gramophone Award winning New College Choir. Dating from the late 14th century the choir today comprises of around thirty voices and is one of the most celebrated and acclaimed choral groups of the UK.

The Wooburn Singers

The Wooburn Singers

The Wooburn Singers is an auditioned chamber choir directed by Tom Hammond-Davies. The choir of about 50 singers performs around five concerts each year in and around Beaconsfield ranging from a cappella works to large choral pieces with orchestra.
